رسالة خطيرة لقادة إيران من وزير الخارجية الأمريكي “بومبيو” ويضع 12 شرطا!

قال وزير الخارجية الأمريكي، مايك بومبيو الاثنين، إن الولايات المتحدة ستفرض “أقوى عقوبات في التاريخ” على القيادة الإيرانية، بعد انسحاب امريكا من الإتفاق النووي الموقع عام 2015، محددا 12 مطلبا أمريكيا من طهران بينها سحب كل قواتها من سوريا، والتوقف عن دعم حزب الله.

وقال بومبيو إن بلاده ستمارس ضغوطا مالية غير مسبوقة على إيران، “والعقوبات ستزداد إيلاما ما لم تغير إيران مسارها”.

ووجه وزير الخارجية خطابه لزعماء إيران بالقول: “لتعوا أن تصرفاتكم الحالية ستقابل بكل حزم”. وطالب بأن تحسن إيران معاملتها لمواطنيها، وتكف عن تبديد ثروتها في الخارج.
وجاءت هذه المطالب ضمن الاستراتيجية الجديدة لواشنطن تجاه إيران بعد انسحابها من الاتفاق النووي، وهي:

– الإفصاح عن كامل الأبعاد العسكرية لنظامها النووي والسماح لوكالة الطاقة الذرية بتفتيشه بشكل مستمر.

– التوقف عن تخصيب اليورانيوم، والتخلي عن محاولات معالجة البلوتونيوم، وإغلاق مفاعل الماء الثقيل.

– أن تسمح إيران للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية بالوصول الكامل إلى كافة المحطات النووية العسكرية وغير العسكرية.

– أن تضع إيران حدا لانتشار الصواريخ الباليستية وإطلاق الصواريخ التي يمكن أن تحمل رؤوسا نووية.

– إطلاق سراح المواطنين الأميركيين وكل مواطني الدول الحليفة.

–  إيقاف دعم إيران لمجموعات إرهابية في الشرق الأوسط مثل حزب الله وحركتي حماس والجهاد الفلسطينيتين.

– احترام الحكومة العراقية والسماح بنزع سلاح الميليشيات الشيعية.

– إيقاف دعم الميليشيات الحوثية في اليمن وأن تعمل على التوصل لحل سياسي في اليمن.

–  سحب كل القوات التي تخضع لأوامر إيران من سوريا.

 – إيقاف دعم طالبان وجميع العناصر الإرهابية وإيواء عناصر القاعدة.

– إيقاف دعم فيلق القدس في الحرس الثوري الإيراني شركاءه من الإرهابيين.

– يجب على إيران أن توقف سلوكها الذي يهدد جيرانها، وكثير منهم حلفاء للولايات المتحدة.

في مقابل ذلك، فإن الولايات المتحدة أعربت عن استعدادها لرفع العقوبات في نهاية المطاف.
